I will have to add “not only this”! They are both visionaries and they are the pioneers in many things. One of them is the adoption and implementation by Starwood of Microsoft’s newest project, titled “Microsoft Surface”. This is indeed a revolution in interactivity and Starwood is the first to serve it. So what’s for the end-user a.k.a hotel customer? Do you want to preview your photos in real format by uploading them through your camera in a Surface table? Simply plug and see them. Choose those you like and dump the others. Isn’t this great? You need some outside activity? Then simply you click place your hand on Surface table and a map with all information needed will be their. And many more are coming. As Microsoft says “Surface will enable Sheraton Hotels & Resorts to raise the guest experience to a new level by making everyday tasks - such as interacting with photos, music and maps -- more entertaining, enjoyable and efficient”. A few words about Surface (check also the photos)… So, a new era of indoor experiences arises?
